Products & Genuineness
Are all your products genuine?
Yes. Surgismart is an authorised stockist of every brand we carry — Tynor, United Medicare, Omron, Beurer, Uphealthy, Romsons, Medvance Surgicals, Lifeline, and more. All products are sourced directly from manufacturers or their official distributors. You receive a GST invoice with every order as proof of purchase.
Do I need a prescription to buy?
No prescription is required. However, for medical supports and devices, we recommend consulting your doctor or physiotherapist to confirm the right product and size for your condition.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page has a size guide. For orthopaedic supports, measure the circumference of the affected area and match it to the chart. If you are between sizes, size up. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 63743 55690 and we will help you select the right size.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery. Prepaid orders receive an additional 5% discount automatically applied at checkout.
Is COD available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across Tamil Nadu and most pin codes in India. COD orders are confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes, every order comes with a valid GST invoice. Our GSTIN is 33CLTPD6929D1ZZ. The invoice is emailed to you and included in the package. This is essential for hospital procurement, institutional purchase, insurance claims, and tax filing.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can modify or cancel it. WhatsApp us immediately at +91 63743 55690 with your order number. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day from our Chennai warehouse. Within Chennai: 1–2 business days. Tamil Nadu: 2–3 days. Pan-India: 3–5 business days.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India. All products are shipped from our Choolai, Chennai warehouse. Delivery timelines depend on your pin code and the courier service available in your area.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. Track your shipment on the courier's website. If you haven't received tracking details within 24 hours of placing your order, WhatsApp us at +91 63743 55690.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, a nominal shipping charge is applied at checkout based on your location.

Do you supply to hospitals and clinics?
Yes. We supply hospitals, nursing homes, physiotherapy centres, medical colleges, and clinics across India. We are a preferred vendor for Kauvery Hospital and 500+ other institutions. B2B pricing and invoicing available on request.
How do I place a bulk order?
