HOW TO MEASURE

Waist / Abdomen: Wrap a measuring tape around your waist immediately below the navel. Keep it snug but not tight.

Neck: With neck in extension (looking slightly up), measure the distance from the edge of your sternum to your lower jaw.

Chest: Measure the circumference around the fullest part of your chest.

Ankle: Measure the circumference approximately 2 inches (5 cm) above the bony part of the inner ankle.

Finger: Measure the length of the affected finger from base to tip.
